NICOLAS ALZIARI / Olive Oil

This exceptional olive oil is made in Nice, France at the Moulin Alziari, an ancient mill where a custom blend of Mediterranean’s finest black olive varietals, including the ‘petite olive nicoise”, the local olive renown for its premium soft tone with hazelnut and almond flavors, are milled with a stone press.

Used by demanding Chefs both in dipping, drizzling but also cooking, thanks to its high smoke point.
