Sustainability at the heart of the process

The production process is aimed as much as possible at responsible measures, whether on a local or global scale, in accordance with the values that have made the personality of the house of Alain Milliat since its creation.

Provenance

Made in France, the brand seeks to demonstratea a responsible supply chain with more than 50% of the fruit of French origin and with maximum priority given to local producers, close to the workshop located in the heart of the French fruit basin. This is the case for apples and pears from eco-responsible orchards, grapes from an HVE (High Environmental Value level IV) wine estate, but equally for
peaches, apricots, grapes and tomatoes.

Carbon footprint and equipment

For exotic fruits, as the brand never ships by plane, the juices and pulps are therefore extracted and frozen in the fruit production areas, following AM’s recommendations for variety and maturity. This organization allows the fruit to be processed at the best time and also generates a local economy.
The design and management of processing equipment are organized for an increasingly responsible objective, thus reducing energy consumption and bottling in bottles made from 70% recycled glass. The consumption of cleaning water and its recycling are part of a reasoned plan, as are fruit waste, which is recycled and recovered locally.

A powerful recipe thanks to an aged Ginger from Madagascar, highlighted by the invigorating and smoky heat of the Langue d’Oiseau pepper and softened by an infusion of Verbena, all with a hint of Sicilian Lime juice.
